Freight
Our internet-based tracking system shows the exact status and location of your import or export shipments, with customisable screens which allow you to highlight the most important data for your business. We can also add any special user-defined data that you need, to make the screens as easy as possible for your staff to work with.

Warehousing
Whilst in our warehouses, your stock will be carefully controlled using the Red Prairie Dispatcher DLx warehouse management system, and all information contained within the system will be available to you via our Internet-based tracking tool. With real-time updates via radio frequency based handheld terminals, our staff know exactly where your stock is at all times, and you can choose whether your items are controlled by bar-codes or RFID tags. We also have direct links to courier systems to ensure that control is maintained, all the way to your customer's doorstep.

Customs
We can give you the ability to improve your cash-flow, by using our HM Revenue and Customs approved systems to defer VAT and customs duty until your goods are ready to be delivered to your customers.

Interaction with your systems
Data from every part of our systems can be interfaced into to your systems, using secure and reliable technology. Real-time updates of stock, receipts, sales orders, despatches, quality control, clearance and so on can be processed, or regular updates can be programmed, meaning that your systems can display the exact status of all your stock as if it were under your direct control.

Alerts for customers and staff
Automated alerts or reports can be emailed, sent by text message or faxed to your staff or customers at the predetermined intervals which you require. And to ensure consistency, emails such as delivery notes which are sent to your customers will appear as if sent from your email accounts, showing your logo, colour scheme and personalised messages.
