PRE-RETAILING
SERVICES
From its central base in Leeds, our processing
department offers a range of pre-retail services which can
be designed to meet your individual requirements. These
services are available on a 24/7 basis to clients who supply
garment and other goods to the UK retail market.
We have fully-equipped garment refurbishment
facilities at our Leeds premises, with the most effective
and up to date equipment at our disposal, including mechanised
steam tunnels, presses and automated bagging systems. This
enables us to provide a full range of garment processing
services with a total capacity of more than one million
garments per week.
Services include de-boxing, sorting, kimballing,
ticketing, re-ticketing, labelling, hanging, heat-sealed
single-bagging, set bagging and re-boxing. More intricate
processing services can also be provided on an individual
basis, taking your cost and product turnaround requirements
into account on each occasion.
Finishing services
We offer a range of high-quality garment finishing services
including hand pressing or dolly and ‘Big Jim’
pressing, as well as steam tunnelling. We also have the
facilities to accommodate short notice or emergency turnaround
assignments at any time, whilst still being able to offer
competitive pricing.
Quality control services
We offer professional quality control services at ‘point
of receipt’ or 'in-process', which are designed to
monitor compliance with your own pre-determined standards.
We can also undertake inspections, from sample analysis
through AQL, to full QC services including automated metal
detection, de-box, re-box, hang and set, and labelling.
All AQL and full inspections are undertaken by staff who
are trained and qualified for each quality control assignment,
and all services can be provided at our sites or on your
own premises.
Rectification services
our garment rectification services are provided by skilled
machinists and managers with many years UK-based garment
manufacturing expertise. We have invested in an extensive
range of welding, heat sealing, embroidery and sewing machinery
to enable us to provide these services.
