This includes communicating with you in whatever way suits
you best, from phone, fax, email and spreadsheets, right
through to our own online systems, which can be used standalone
or integrated with your own stock management and ordering
processes.
At Elite, we recognise that complete visibility
of the status of your stock is crucial for sales and turnover
reporting. We also understand the need to be flexible, so
we offer tailor-made solutions which meet your every need,
enabling you to deliver superior customer service. Part
of this is understanding the importance of handling returns
quickly and efficiently.
We want to ensure that you have the best chance
of re-selling returned items at full price, so our returns
management service has been designed to offer the fastest
possible refurbishment, enabling you to achieve higher net
asset recovery. We can support a number of different sales
channels such as business to business, direct to customer
or business to retailer. Services include loose pick and
pack (either manually or using the latest handheld radio-frequency
scanners), direct mail fulfilment for individual customer
orders, single or multi-pallet services and a full range
of bespoke solutions to meet your business needs.
For example, we can take an order from your
website via our interface, pick it and pack it, including
gift wrap if required, and despatch it on the same day.
We then send an email containing the despatch and tracking
details to your customer, which looks as if it comes from
you.
