Both our Leeds and London facilities have full HM Revenue and Customs’ approval and we are directly linked to their CHIEF system, allowing clearance in a timely and cost-effective manner. Staff at both of these sites are thoroughly trained to ensure full compliance with HM Revenue and Customs’ requirements.

Our comprehensive range of customs-related services also includes classification, management of IPR, OPR and Intrastat records and consultancy.

Our web tracking system allows customers to view their own customs-related documents online and our warehouse system supports duty deferment management. This enables import duty to be paid at time of despatch rather than on receipt of goods into the warehouse, which provides a cash-flow benefit.
